Established in 2018, Shenzhen PSI Testing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “PSI”) is a subsidiary of NOA Inspection Testing Certification Group. Located in Shenzhen, the company’s laboratory covers a total area of 3,000 square meters, equipped with 4 professional anechoic chambers and electromagnetic shielding rooms, as well as 7 specialized laboratories for safety compliance, reliability testing, material testing, plug and accessory testing, dust and water resistance testing, Type-C testing and cybersecurity testing.

PSI’s professional engineering departments cover electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), radio frequency (RF), product safety, reliability and cybersecurity fields. The team consists of a number of engineering and technical personnel with more than 10 years of industry experience, supported by a professional management team and rigorous quality control team. As a comprehensive third-party technical service institution, PSI is dedicated to testing, inspection and certification services.

Built in strict accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 international standards, the laboratory has obtained authoritative accreditations including China Metrology Accreditation (CMA), China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) and International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC). In addition, PSI has been recognized as an authorized laboratory by multiple national and regional authorities, including the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), California Energy Commission (CEC), U.S. FCC, Canada IC, Australian SAA Global Mark and Hong Kong Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD).
