Certification introduction

E-MARK is the European Common market, for the motor vehicle and its safety parts products, noise and exhaust gas, etc. in accordance with the provisions of the European Union law and the regulations of the Economic Commission for Europe, through the product meets the certification requirements, that is, the certification certificate is granted to ensure the safety of driving and environmental protection requirements. The number of E-Mark granted varies according to the country of certification, for example, the E-Mark mark of Luxembourg is E13/e13.

It is a certification mark for motor vehicles, safety parts and systems that the European Commission forces member States to use in accordance with EU directives. The testing agency must be a technical service agency in the EU member State, and the certification agency is the transport department of the EU Member State government. Products certified with the e Mark will be recognized by all EU member States. As with the E mark certification, the certificates of each member State have corresponding numbers:

Applicable product range

1, vehicle - that is, more than two or three wheels of electric motor vehicles, such as buses, trucks, motorcycles, buses and off-road vehicles.
2, turbine car parts components - lights and bulbs, a variety of mirrors, tires, wheels, brakes, horns, anti-theft equipment, safety belts,
Automobile glass and exhaust pipe, etc.
3, turbine car accessories - safety helmet, children's safety chair, car accessories electrical products, etc.

Application process

1, the manufacturer to prepare technical data and samples;
2. Test;
3. Factory inspection is required for the first application; (Manufacturers that have obtained ISO9000 and other quality system certificates issued by EU national certification bodies do not need to make factory inspections in principle);
4, test report and manufacturer technical data for review;
5, European national transportation department certification (certification agencies may be certified product manufacturers for regular or irregular tracking factory inspection).

A10 Manufacturer's ISO certificate (if there is no ISO certificate, factory inspection is required)
